Alternative Concepts [Non-lethal Alternative Tactics]
Alternative Concepts is dedicated to the instruction of nonlethal incapacitation techniques to law enforcement, first responders and/or security personnel.
The Alternative Concepts' A.I.T. [Alternative Incapacitation Tactics] program empowers its user to quickly, incapacitate a subject so the user is protected, the public is safer and the subject is not subjected to lethal force. A.I.T. has been designed to use the incapacitation tactics that the martial arts have been using for centuries; and the founder's over 40 years martial arts involvement.
There is no question that that lethal force is sometime required for the safety and security of all involved. However, the Alternative Concepts (A.I.T.) program gives an officer (or user) alternatives to the use of deadly force due to the lack of knowledge or in circumstances that do not warrant that lethal force.
With the challenging sociological changes that law enforcement faces today, the need for an adaptable method to address those challenges is evermore imperative.
